This license applies to the organization ("the Licensee") who wishes to use the methods, resources, and associated documentation suite ("the Documentation") known as The Open Group Architecture Framework - TOGAF Version 7 for commercial purposes.
The Open Group grants the Licensee a non-exclusive licence to use TOGAF Version 7 for 1 year, for any purpose (including use for commerical gain), provided that:
Commercial purposes include, by way of example, developing an information system architecture for use within another organization, or providing TOGAF based consultancy or training services.
The annual license fee depends on the size of the Licensee organization, as follows:

The Licensee also receives an annual Silver Membership of the The Open Group's Architecture Forum for no additional cost, upon signature of the Open Group standard Silver Membership Agreement.
The following conditions apply to the use of the Documentation.
REDISTRIBUTION IS NOT PERMITTED
You may not redistribute the Documentation, in part or in whole. If you want members of your organization to use or evaluate TOGAF Version 7, please encourage them to register and retrieve the Documentation via the link at: http://www.opengroup.org/architecture/
AFTER EXPIRY OF THE LICENSING PERIOD
After expiry of the licensing period the Licensee must re-apply for a TOGAF License, or else destroy all copies of the Documentation in the possession of any employee.

This Documentation is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind.
THE OPEN GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SUITABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
