Enter the name of the Organization that produced the implementation and the name of the author of the Conformance Statement.
Enter the product name, version/release number, and product supplier for each product required to meet the conformance requirements.
A product may be registered in all members of a binary-compatible family of products on the basis of a single test report.

Rationale
While the specification is silent on startup issues, in order to have a complete environment for use of a registered product it may be necessary to have a server that provides certain required facilities.
Question 2: How does the user enter an arbitrary URL?
The specification requires that the user be able to enter an arbitrary URL in an implementation-defined way.

Question 3: Does the product send mail directly to its intended recipient's host, or is mail sent through a relay host?
Directly. Through a relay host. Through both mechanisms.
The specification requires that this be specified.

Question 4: How does the product demonstrate its Java conformance?
This product is a software only, 100% Java product that does not supply its own Java Virtual Machine and Class Libraries. Consequently, this question does not apply.
This product contains a Java Virtual Machine and Class Libraries that are certified Java compliant by Javasoft, a division of Sun Microsystems.
This product contains a Java Virtual Machine and Class Libraries that have passed The Open Group's Java Conformance Test Suite.
If a Java Virtual Machine and Class Libraries are supplied, they must be shown to conform to definition of the JVM and the Java APIs

Question 5: Which of the defined options does the product support?

Question 6: Under what circumstances does the product leave the File Transfer connection open?
The specification requires that the product define under what circumstances an ftp connection is left open between the client and the server.

The specification requires that the product define the username that is used when one is not specified.
Question 8: When a file is transferred, is the file's name or contents used as an announcement mechanism to permit the interpretation of its contents for rendition (e.g. through suffix or "magic number" mapping)?
If the answer is yes, enter below the ways in which announcement is handled.
The specification requires that the product define how files transferred via ftp may be interpreted and their contents rendered.
Question 9: Does the product allow transferred files to be stored to a local or network file system?
The specification requires that the user be given the option of storing a transferred file on the file system if one is supported.
