Rationale:

The TOGAF 8 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Code of Practice states that, wherever possible, participants in the TOGAF 8 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES certification program should promote and agree to use tools certified under the TOGAF 8 TOOL SUPPORT program, for IT architecture work using TOGAF.
